Sales Director

TestCraft, the leading provider of codeless selenium test automation solution, is seeking an experienced
and creative individual with a demonstrated track record managing inside sales teams of software
solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, build and implement our Inside Sales strategy and processes from lead qualification, through deal closure, deal expansion and renewal
  • Build a scalable Inside sales organization targeting SMEs
  • Lead, manage, and oversee Sales forecasting, and pipeline management & development
  • Build and implement repeatable inside sales processes and methodologies
  • Identify new opportunities, build relationships and engage and negotiate with  decision makers
  • Establish, recruit and manage an Inside Sales team
  • Achieve personal quota as a seller

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of successful experience in technology-driven software sales
  • Experience in SW B2B Inside Sales, with a proven ability to execute and deliver results – must
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing Inside Sales strategies that have exceeded objectives – must
  • Experience in the US market and international sales (must)
  • Proven ability to build a scalable inside sales process
  • Experience in establishing and recruiting a team of Sales ninjas
  • Experience in Product Value selling
  • Data and metrics driven; experience in setting metrics and tying company performance, compensation and promotions to tangible results
  • A “hunter” attitude with a strong understanding of the selling process and sales cycle
  • A real partner for the development of the company
  • Team player, energetic, proactive and resourceful
  • Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred
  • English – mother tongue level
  • Ability to lead and manage while doing hands-on execution
